Shipping/Taxes
Shipping fees will be based on zip code and delivery method chosen (Fedex, UPS, USPS). You will see your actual shipping fees after entering the "ship to" information. Only Massachusetts residents will be charged 5% sales tax. US Shipping is free for all orders over $49.99 and $5 flat fee for orders $49.99 or under.


International customers now have a choice of Global Express Insured, Global Priority Insured, Global Express Not Insured, and Global Priority Not Insured. You may also choose 1st Class Air Mail, which CANNOT be insured or tracked, but is the least expensive shipping option. If you do not request insurance for your items, WE WILL NOT be responsible for lost or stolen items. Insurance will only cover lost items during transit. If items are lost/stolen once delivered, insurance will not cover this loss.
If you select insurance, your items will be shipped via USPS Global Express Insured or Global Priority Insured. Additional fees for insurance may be required for heavy items.


Return Policy
BugOutGearUSA.com will accept returned items because your satisfaction is important to us. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, return it within 14 days, and receive a replacement or refund. The following items may only be exchanged: LED Drop-In Modules, LED Flashlights, and certain replacement bulbs. Custom items such as Custom-Made Knives, Custom-Made/Limited Edition Flashlights, and Custom Imprinted items cannot be returned/exchanged and are sold as is. All knife sales are final and cannot be returned/exchanged. Batteries and/or chargers cannot be returned.
There is a 20% Restock Fee for any non-defective merchandise returns.



All Items must be in original box and in same condition as purchased. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received free shipping we will deduct our cost of shipping before crediting back your refund. The Purchaser is responsible for insuring any product so returned and assumes the risk of loss during shipping. Excessively worn, customer-damaged items, or LED flashlight returns due to unsatisfactory tints are not acceptable returns. **Knowingly and/or purposely damaging any item to surpass our return policies is illegal and considered US Postal Service fraud (18 USC 1341, 1342 & 1345; 39 USC 3005 & 3007). We report any cases of suspected postal fraud to the United States Postal Fraud Division and will prosecute to the fullest extend of the law.

Important Legal Information
All knives will only be sold to persons over 18 years of age. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state so please check all local laws before ordering. All knives will be sent via Fedex or UPS and will require the signature of an adult.

Therefore, we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, own or carry specific products offered in our catalogs. Many states and provinces prohibit carrying concealed weapons and you must be guided by local laws regarding a concealable weapon. These products include, but are not limited to, chemical sprays, slingshots, air guns, paintball guns, knives, stun guns, starter pistols, bows, crossbows and other items. When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal disabilities and are in compliance with local, state and federal laws.

Occasionally, there may be misprints or errors in our print and online catalogs. BugOutGearUSA.com reserves the right to correct the misprint or withdraw the offer. Specifications, colors, legal restrictions, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. It may be necessary to substitute an item with a product of equal or better quality and value that varies slightly from our print and online catalog description.

Drop-In Module Lifetime Guarantee:

If your BOGUSA Drop-In Module ever fails due a manufacturing defect we will replace it(PERIOD)! Any Drop-in module returned to us within 30 days will be covered under warranty and replaced free of charge. There is a $8.00 shipping and handling fee after 30 days for US customers. International customers may be charged additional shipping fees.
The Purchaser is responsible for insuring any product so returned and assumes the risk of loss during shipping. Damage to the drop-in module resulting from abuse, misuse, or modification is not covered by our warranty and voids any and all warranties/guarantees. The finish is also not warranted. If at the time of replacement there is not a direct replacement, we reserve the right to substitute your module with something of similar value. This life-time guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the module. No returns/exchanges accepted without proof of purchase.


JETBeam's Flashlight Warranty:


One year's free warranty: JETBeam flashlights enjoy twelve months' free warranty service counted from the shipping day, in case of quality problems, our customers can return the lights for free replacement. Defective lights can be exchanged for same model unless no longer produced. If not, then we will replace with something similar.

Lifetime warranty: when your JETBeam products exceed one year's free warranty service, RUIZHI Trading Co. will still provide paid warranty service, the cost accords to the actual cost of the material used (if the parts that need to be changed are expensive, JETBeam will contact the customer about whether to change the parts or not through our distributors. The shipping cost back to us for repair will be undertaken by customers or distributors.
